My Review of Flicker


I tried to create a new Flickr account for this assignment, and then I realized that I had an old account that was crated in 2007 when I was attending school for graphic design.  The photos were from my mountain biking days, my sister on her first body building competition, and some of my early artwork.  I found it to be easy to use and understand.  I am sure that the mobile version is even more users friendly.

73 Texting Statistics That Answer All Your Questions I found the article, 73 Texting Statistics That Answer All Your Questions , by author Kenneth Burke, written in 2016 to be helpful in understanding some of the stats related to texting.  According to him, "Over 560 billion texts are sent every month worldwide. (Statistic Brain) (Tweet this!)" Google Hangouts

Google Hangouts is a re-brand of their Google Chat service.  Hangouts feature the much of the same features of Skype without ads to distract our attention.  We use Google Chat at our office because we have had a better experience with Google compared to Skype. Our experience with Google Hangouts has been very positive because of call and video quality with easy file sharing.  "Google Hangouts is super easy – you just need a browser, an add-on, and a Google account, which most people already have and use for a lot more than just Hangouts. Meanwhile, Skype requires downloading the application, and your Skype account isn’t good for much else" (Lee, 2016).
